- Jarraff produces tree trimmers and brush cutters
to the highest standards to fulfill all your property
maintenance needs. Jarraff has created a line
of tree trimmers and brush cutting machines second
to none from Jarraff manufactured components and assembled
vendor components. Jarraff Industries, Inc. warrants
to the original purchaser of each Jarraff Tree Trimmer
or Geo-Boy Brush Cutter that all Jarraff manufactured
components of its Geo-Boy Brush Cutters and Jarraff
Tree Trimmers1, and Jarraff’s assembly
of Jarraff manufactured and vendor provided components,
shall be free from defects in material and workmanship
at the time of original shipment. Vendor components
may be covered by manufacturers’ own warranties
as well2. Information regarding vendor
warranties will be provided upon request.
- The warranty period shall extend for a period of
one (1) year or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first,
from the original date of shipping from the Jarraff
manufacturing facility. During that period, Jarraff
shall repair or replace those components manufactured
by Jarraff which are found by Jarraff to be defective
in material or workmanship at the time of original
shipment provided that Jarraff is advised in writing
within the applicable warranty period of the original
purchaser’s contention of such defect and that
the component is made available for inspection by Jarraff
or its authorized representative. Transportation
and labor costs for purposes of warranty service are
excluded.
- Component failures which are not attributable
to defects in material and workmanship and which are
therefore not covered by this warranty include
but are not limited to; deterioration due to normal
use, wear and tear, and/or exposure; failure to perform
normal maintenance requirements; damage caused by misuse,
neglect, accident, or alteration of equipment; damage
due to service or repair of equipment by non-authorized
service providers; damage resulting from the installation
of parts other than parts provided by Jarraff; use
of the Geo-Boy Brush Cutter or Jarraff Tree Trimmer
in a manner or for a purpose not originally intended
by Jarraff.
- JARRAFF MAKES
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY
OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABLITY OR WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMED. Jarraff
provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the work
of any service center or mechanic servicing Jarraff
Tree Trimmers or Geo-Boy Brush Cutters, including
but not limited to those identified on the Jarraff
web site and written materials: all such service
centers are independent businesses in no way controlled
by Jarraff. Jarraff’s liability,
whether arising from breach of warranty, negligence,
product liability or otherwise is limited to the
repair or replacement as set forth herein. This
shall be Jarraff’s maximum and sole liability
and in no circumstance shall Jarraff be liable for
any indirect, special, incidental or consequential
loss or damage including but not limited to lost
profit, loss of business or any other financial loss
by the original buyer or any third party. Jarraff
does not warranty any part or component not manufactured
by Jarraff. Nothing contained herein is intended
to either extend or in any way limit any warranty
provided by the manufacturer or seller of any component
part.
1Components manufactured by Jarraff may include
but are not limited to the cab, engine compartment, loader
arms, electric panels, frame, hydraulic tanks, and wiring
harnesses, engine cover, turn table, upright, cradle, boom
rest, end components for boom (other than blade), oil tank,
fuel tank, hose reel cover, hose reel bracket, and axles.
Components manufactured by vendors include but are not
limited to cutter heads, hydraulic systems, engines, wheels
and tires.
